Tradexy is a trading journal tool for personal use. You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information.
• Keep your account credentials secure.
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Not attempt to access other users' data.
• Not reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use Tradexy. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Free and Paid Plans

The free plan is provided at no cost and may have usage limitations. Paid plans are subject to subscription fees as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all trade data you enter. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the Service.

6. No Financial Advice

Tradexy is a journaling tool only. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or trading recommendations. All trading involves risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy of any analytics displayed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradexy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any trading losses.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes by email.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
